O	nce Upon a Prom, a non-profit organization, is dedicated to providing prom dresses to young women who could not otherwise afford them. OUAP was created by three young professionals in Washington, D.C. who believe that prom is a defining moment in a young woman's life.

For the 2007-2008 school year, we hope to
donate 1,000 dresses
to young women in the Washington metropolitan area.
